## 사용 조건

### 본 소프트웨어(이하 "소프트웨어")의 실행 파일, 라이브러리, 문서 및 기타 구성 요소는 다음 조건 하에 사용할 수 있습니다. 본 소프트웨어는 바이너리 형태로 제공됩니다.

1. 사용 허가\
   소프트웨어는 개인적, 비상업적, 연구 목적 또는 공식 API(SDK 포함)를 통한 상업적 용도의 실행을 위해 자유롭게 설치 및 사용할 수 있습니다. 단, 소프트웨어의 수정 및 재컴파일은 허용되지 않습니다.
2. 상업적 재배포 금지\
   소프트웨어 또는 그 일부를 상업적 목적으로 재배포, 판매, 임대, 라이선싱하는 행위는 명시적으로 금지됩니다. 단, DualSoft Inc.의 사전 서면 동의를 받은 경우는 예외로 합니다.
3. 공식 API 사용\
   소프트웨어가 제공하는 공식 API(SDK 포함)를 통한 기능 접근 및 사용은 어떠한 목적이든 허용됩니다(상업적 목적 포함). 단, API를 변조하거나, 비공식 수단을 통해 소프트웨어의 내부 구조나 동작에 접근하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
4. 리버스 엔지니어링 금지\
   사용자는 소프트웨어를 디컴파일, 리버스 엔지니어링, 디스어셈블하거나, 이와 유사한 방식으로 분석 또는 재구성할 수 없습니다.
5. 저작권 및 고지 유지\
   소프트웨어 또는 그 일부를 사용하는 경우, 상단의 저작권 고지 및 본 라이선스 전문을 그대로 유지해야 합니다. 소프트웨어의 기능을 참조하거나 연동하여 개발한 파생 제품의 경우에도 본 라이선스의 조건을 준수해야 합니다.
6. 면책 조항\
   본 소프트웨어는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공되며, 상품성, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 오류 없는 동작, 제3자 권리 비침해 등에 대해 어떠한 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증도 제공하지 않습니다. 소프트웨어의 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인해 발생하는 모든 직·간접적 손해에 대해 DualSoft Inc.는 책임지지 않습니다.
